ORDERING

Phone Orders: You can call in your order at 1-888-498-4345 during the hours of: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Please have your item numbers and description ready and credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Mail Orders: Mail your order by printing a copy of your shopping cart and a filled out copy of the shipping and billing page since I have no order form. We also will accept checks and money orders (No COD's). Mail to FurnitureKnowledge.com, 15126 Meadow Lane, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.

Fax Orders: We will accept a faxed copy of your shopping cart and filled out copy of the billing and shipping page. You have to send them during normal business hours in order for it to be received. Our fax number is (913) 441-5219.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. For rush shipments, UPS second day air, or next day air is available.

Shipping and handling charges will be billed as follows:

Regular delivery in the continental United States is $8.00

Second Day and Next Day Air shipments in the Continental United States will be determined once we receive the order and the total cost will be given to the customer prior to processing the credit card. The cost in the shopping cart may not reflect the true cost. You are welcome to request a cost estimate prior to ordering.

International Shipping charge: Actual shipping is charged for shipments outside the continental United States, Express Mail, Priority Mail, or truck line shipments. A $3.50 PROCESSING FEE will be added to all of these packages.

For shipments of flammable or otherwise dangerous items, UPS charges us an additional $20.00 per package on one gallon containers. This charge won't show up on your order, but it will be added to your bill on our end.

All shipments are shipped out of either St. Charles, MO. or Kansas City or both. If your order contains items from both warehouses, you will be notified that you will be receiving it in two separate shipments. There will be no extra shipping charges to the customer for this.

PRICING

Our prices are subject to change without notice, but we only make price changes on substantial cost fluctuations. Prices do not include federal, state, or local taxes that may be imposed.

We offer a 10% discount on orders over $50.00.

WARRANTY

We absolutely guarantee satisfaction on all of our products when they are used as directed for the purpose as recommended. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange. This warranty applies to material only. We will not compensate for any installation or removal cost of defective material. All defects or shortages must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. (See Return Period below for more information).

30 DAY RETURN PERIOD

You may return any item on our site for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date and receive a full refund. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Rattan products and chemicals are not returnable after 90 days. If you wish to return merchandise, simply call 1-888-498-4345 for a return authorization number. Ship the items in original, unused condition to: FurnitureKnowledge.com 15126 Meadow Lane, Bonner Springs, KS 66012. We cannot accept items retuned collect. Special orders are not returnable.

SHIPMENTS

Most orders received before noon are usually shipped out on the same day. We strive to ship out all items within 24 hours of receipt. However, there are some situations when this isn't possible. Please place orders well in advance of need to be sure you receive the supplies in time. We do not process any orders on Saturday and Sunday.

BACKORDERS

If it is necessary to backorder an item on your order, we will ship the portion of your order that we do have in stock and notify you of the expectd shipping date for the backordered item. If you would rather not have out of stock items backordered, please let us know by phone or e-mail. It is our goal to have every item on our site in stock and ready to ship to you at all times. We will continue to work hard to meet this goal.
